John T. Holshouser, Co-Founder

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of David Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN. During his employment at a major accounting firm, from 1963 until 1969, he performed audits of public companies, S.E.C. registrations of companies and extensive management consulting. From 1969 until 1987, he was employed by Hospital Corporation of America, (HCA), in various national and international capacities including finance, administration, development and corporate operations. Tom serves as Chief Financial Officer of Practice Resource Network, Inc.

Anthony L. Holshouser, Co-Founder

Tony graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He received a Certificate in Hospital Administration from the University of Alabama. His career has been principally in the health care field beginning as a salesman and later as sales manager for General Medical Corporation where he was responsible for the sales of medical surgical supplies and equipment to physicians, hospitals and nursing homes. As Senior Development Director for Hospital Corporation of America, (HCA), he was responsible for the development of Hospital Management Contracts. Tony serves as President of Practice Resource Network, Inc.

Robert C. Brannon, Co-Founder

Bob is a Certified Public Accountant. He retired after serving 17 years as partner with KPMG Peat Marwick, an international public accounting firm. Mr. Brannon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he served as President. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Accountancy for the State of Tennessee. He is a civic leader and a member of numerous Boards of Trustees and charitable organizations. Bob serves as Secretary-Treasurer of Practice Resource Network, Inc.
